GoodsHaul is operated by Ospherio. Ospherio is responsible for the information collected through this website’s enquiry form. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
The form asks for your name, work email, business name, request type and information about your business or current system. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss early access or arrange a demo, and manage the related sales conversation. Please avoid entering passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.
The form asks for your permission to contact you about your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can withdraw that permission by emailing us.
Our form and hosting providers
The enquiry form uses Bigin by Zoho to process submissions. Zoho form-processing and CAPTCHA services load when you open the form or follow its direct link. Submitted information is sent to Ospherio’s Bigin CRM. Zoho may process technical information needed to serve and protect the form. Our form uses Zoho’s US service; information may be processed outside your country. See Zoho’s privacy policy for information about its processing and safeguards.
This website is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers. Your colour-theme choice is saved in your browser.
Google reCAPTCHA protects the enquiry form against spam and automated submissions. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage an active business conversation, then review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. If you become a customer, records needed to provide the service or meet applicable obligations may be retained separately. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to your information, correction, deletion, or that we stop contacting you by emailing [email protected]. We will assess requests under the law that applies to you. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
